Digvalley, aka Eirik Bøen Gravdal, is a one-man project originating from the far north, up in Odda, Hardanger, Norway and currently residing in Bergen.
Eirik’s musical style ranges from singer/songwriter to big ambient pop and chillwave music, with a touch of post-rock to spice things up.
From being part of the first band in the world to tour across Iceland performing nine gigs across ten days to scoring the soundtrack of FRODA in an award-winning Icelandic theater (The Freezer) Eirik has gathered a ton of experience.
Listening to his new single “The Gun”, released on March 04, 2022, all I can say is that Digvalley’s musicality is rare and unique, packing an extraordinary voice/timbre together with an emotional and moody composition “The Gun” is a must-listen.
“Take away the gun,” says Eirik, in a period where this can be translated into so many different meanings. I hope the new single takes off and leads to wherever Digvalley has set his mind to fly!
