Binteda records will focus on electronic obscurities and electronic library music. This first compilation is their first selection of obscure library music/electronic tracks from the early 80’s. First track is a proto House gem from the high on demand ”Rubriques” album from Rene Roussel, followed by the Detroit-esque track ”Research Specimens” from James Asher. On the b-side another two excellent tracks that are being svaed from obscurity! ”Le Cri Du Loup” by Jean-Pierre Graziani is a french spoken down beat tune, that some would have described as Trip Hop 10 years ago… Last cut is from the famous ”Sport Music” library that Garnegy & Maties did. Its the incredible ”Musculation” track (which is somekind of grail for Library and early electronica lovers.. Guilty Pleasures Vol. 1 is a great start for this new label that shows to have some fine taste of music.
