Multi-instrumentalist Cadence Kid, aka Jason Turbin, has just turned up the most suitable time for a summer love with his latest single “Hold on me” out via My Music Mind. Produced by three times Grammy winner Cassidy Turbin (Beck) with guest vocals from Stone Throw Records artist Boardwalk this tune will surely stick to you like honey.

“Hold on me” is a gentle stirring midsummer tune that explores themes of love, life and freedom unfolding in a cohesive image stream! Jason performs all of the instruments excluding drums (violin, viola, erhu, flute, recorder, trumpet, trombone, guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo, ukelele, harmonica, piano) as well as vocals! With a strong background in classical music theory and orchestration, he decided to focus on recording solo material throughout 2016 and we are so happy for the outcome. Jason has also orchestrated and composed music for many films (as well as Dream Theater’s number one album “The Astonishing”-wow, have I sticked to these guys during my teenage years or what!).
