Bjorn Rydhog is a singer/songwriter from Malmo, Sweden.
His music is a mix of uplifting indie pop and modern retro sounds, inspired by artists like the Weeknd, Dua Lipa, and the Swedish pop scene.
I’ve always wanted to visit Sweden just for the music scene, Bjorn is a live example of what’s happening far in the north. His song, “New Day Coming” is a positive message to all of us having a bad day and along with Bjorn’s reassuring and warm voice, the message gets delivered to anyone listening.
Bjorn’s music, in collaboration with Johan Sigerud (JRSS) and co-writer Olof Graham, has been spinning on the Swedish radio a lot and with New day coming released this month (Feb.11) I feel that people will start smiling a bit more.
Positive vibes, smile-inducing music, lyrics, melancholic progressions to create some controversy, and retro sounds are Bjorn’s pocket of sunshine that shines to all of us, always looking for a ray of happiness in every bad situation.
