Jungle Brown (Ric Flo, MAEAR and Tony Bones) is back after two years of maturing their sound, redefining the essence of soulful hip-hop.
Their full-length LP entitled ‘Full Circle‘ is out on Mr. Bongo Records and you can pre-order the album here. However, you can also grab one of 300 limited 7-inch copies of ‘Keep It Movin’ and ‘We On Ft. Sampa The Great’ here.
Today’s track ‘Ikoja’ drawn from the album features charismatic 23-year-old west London vocalist Eldé bringing up fiery sensationalism to the jam. The track also features long-time collaborator and UK jazz all-star, Ayo The Yung Afrika Pyoneer who this time adds his influence via a jazzy flute section. What is left? We dig whatever gold in Jungle Brown there is and leave it with a fresh thump on our playlist!
